蕭純如 Emilia Hsiao 為台灣首位女性獲得 Vinitaly International Academy (VIA) 認證的義大利葡萄酒大使，同時也是 AIS 義大利侍酒師協會 認證的高級侍酒師。她長年深耕義大利葡萄酒文化與生活風格推廣，橫跨美學設計、專業品飲與國際禮儀訓練領域。
Emilia Hsiao is the first Taiwanese woman to be certified as an Italian Wine Ambassador by the Vinitaly International Academy (VIA) and an Advanced Sommelier by the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS). With a career devoted to promoting Italian wine culture and lifestyle, her expertise spans aesthetics, professional tasting, and international etiquette training.

擁有義大利米蘭設計碩士學歷的 Emilia，對義式生活美學有深刻理解，並將其延伸至餐桌、味覺與五感體驗。她同時擁有英國皇家夏洛特女王學院與美國 ACI 認證的高級儀態訓練師資格，擅長將品酒、談吐與儀態自然融合於生活之中，體現優雅與專業並存的葡萄酒文化。
Holding a Master’s degree in Design from Milan, Italy, Emilia has a profound appreciation for Italian aesthetics, which she skillfully translates into the realm of dining, taste, and sensory experience. As a Certified Etiquette Trainer from both the Royal Charlotte Academy (UK) and ACI (USA), she integrates wine appreciation, conversation, and comportment, embodying the elegance and professionalism that define the wine world.

Emilia 長期推動「義大利酒 × 台灣風味」的文化融合，透過講座、餐酒會與企業培訓活動，深入介紹義大利各大產區風土、酒莊故事與經典品種。她以文化脈絡為出發點，引導學員從生活角度理解義大利酒，建立風味記憶與品味感知力。
Emilia has been a passionate advocate for the fusion of Italian wine and Taiwanese flavor, curating educational programs, wine dinners, and corporate training sessions that highlight Italy’s diverse terroirs, wineries, and iconic grape varieties. Her teaching begins from cultural context, guiding students to understand Italian wine through lived experience and sensory memory.

她曾連續多年擔任「台灣女子愛思葡萄酒大賞（ACE Awards）」主審團成員，並受邀於多家扶輪社、企業及藝文空間授課，累積超過百場演講與品酒教學，深受專業人士與初學者喜愛。
She has served for many years as a jury member for the Taiwan ACE Awards (Women in Wine) and is a sought-after lecturer for Rotary Clubs, corporations, and cultural venues. Her seminars and tastings—numbering over a hundred—are widely praised for their depth, grace, and accessibility.
