Certainly one of the best restaurants in Kaohsiung and TWA’s partner for WSET Wines L1 these many years. Yesterday we came south with our core office-team to try a new menu and go through the session plan with David, who will soon take over officiating at the formal service class we include with L1.

The entire experience was seamless and delightful, and the wine pairings were cleverly harmonious, except perhaps the dessert, which was too sweet for the Sauternes. We still have several dozen bottles of that lovely Sauternes, so we’ll have to rethink the closing dish, something tending more toward savory…
