A Champagne Vision Rooted in Meunier and Sustainability

 

From La Vallée de la Marne comes a unique line of Champagnes focused clearly on the other Blanc de Noirs variety—Meunier. Cedric Moussé is among the few grower-producers who have placed this often-underestimated grape at the center of his craft, giving it the spotlight it rarely receives.

During his visit to Taipei, Cedric took us deep into his mission. His winemaking philosophy reflects a scientific commitment to organic and biodynamic practices—an approach rooted not in trend, but in long-term soil and ecosystem health.

Even beyond viticulture, Cedric is fiercely dedicated to reducing the winery’s carbon footprint, integrating eco-conscious decisions into every level of production.

But above all else, these Champagnes shine for what truly matters: they are delicious and full of character, faithfully expressing the complex terroir of the hillside vineyards overlooking the village of Cuisles.
